Nasser Alajmi is a strategic and visionary leader with extensive experience as a Human Capital & Corporate Support Senior Director.  With a track record of leading successful setting up of departments and driving sustainable organizational transformation across governmental, semi-governmental, and private sector entities, Nasser brings over two decades of progressive expertise to the table.

Currently, Nasser serves as the Human Capital & Corporate Support Director in one of the largest Investment Holding Companies in the Kingdom, where he set up and continues to lead the function since 2015.  Additionally, he is a specialized committee member of several successful organizations in the Kingdom, contributing through his area of expertise and broad business, industry knowledge, and personal intellect as an NRC member in several companies operating in the Investment, Property Management, and Retail sectors.

Nasser's skill set encompasses various areas, including leading organizational restructuring, orchestrating framework implementation for sustainable operating procedures, driving strategic nationalization plans, and designing/delivering impactful training and development programs.  Nasser is known for being people-centric, he excels in communication and possesses a results-driven mindset.  He has a proven ability to build high-performing teams, provide mentoring & coaching, design short and long-term incentives, transform business operations, workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and retention programs.

Nasser's accomplishments include spearheading a successful development project with multiple international consultants, collaborating to design optimal organization structures, job descriptions, job evaluations, and rewards. resulting in adopting agile and optimized organizations aligned with sound corporate and personal objectives. Furthermore, Nasser has rolled out multiple long term incentive programs which have proved instrumental in grooming and retaining top talent and maintaining a competitive advantage.
