Birkman methodology and Scale
One of the greatest challenges facing an individual in his or her career is to choose the appropriate specialization that achieves a successful track, improves the overall quality of life, and increases productivity in a professional and effective manner. However, most individuals choose the wrong specialization due to one of these reasons:
• Achieving parents' dreams
• Imitating friends and relatives
• Modelling who likes
• Financial perception
• Ignorance and guesswork
You must ask yourself carefully before making such a fateful decision which is the choice of university specialization:
• What are my passions and my scientific and practical tendencies?
• What is the appropriate university specialization for me?
• What skills do I need to develop?
• What is my method of doing the work?
• What is my behaviour and need from others?
• What is my negative reaction if my needs are not met?
The answers must be perfect and accurate, and you will find it by Birkman methodology!
What is the Birkman Methodology and Scale?
65 years ago, Birkman's approach was developed by Dr. Roger Birkman, through his extensive experimental research to verify the reliability and validity of statistical measures. Currently, in more than 22 countries in the world, the Birkman scale is used by a large group of companies in a variety of business areas.
It is designed to measure multiple dimensions of importance in personality and issued 62 reports, including: (Usual behaviour, basic needs, stressful behaviour, interests, optimal functions, leadership style, management style, negotiation style, strengths and opportunities for improvement).
